- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 3 raw or roasted peppers
- fresh parsley
- grated or crumbled white cheese
Wash and chop vegetables. Add grated or crumbled white cheese and flavour with sunflower or olive oil.
Potato Salad with White Cheese
- 500 g. potatoes
- 200 g. white cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- a bunch of parsley
Boil potatoes, peel them and divide in two bowls. Cut one part of potatoes into small pieces and mash the rest potatoes.
Mix them with the grated cheese, chopped parsley and olive oil.
Serve the salad garnished with pickle or without with the main dish.
