Tomato Soup with White Brined Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 700 g. tomatoes
  • flour (2 tsp)
  •  sunflower oil
  • red pepper
  • butter
  • salt and black pepper
  • white brined cheese
  • 4 cups of water

Directions:

Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and add red pepper. Add the peeled and grated tomatoes. Pour some water, add salt and boil for 15 min. Mix with white brined cheese and butter, sprinkle with black pepper.

Creamy Potato Soup with White Brined Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of savory
  • milk (600 ml.)
  • white brined cheese (100 g.)
  • butter (30 g.)
  • 5 potatoes

Directions:

Peel the potatoes, cut them into big pieces and boil. Strain the potatoes. Pour milk, add salt and savory and boil for a few minutes.

Serve the soup with crumbled cheese, cream and sprinkle with parsley. It is delicious with croutons.
